With over 50 employees focused on oncology reimbursement, management, and technology, Oncology Convergence, Inc. (OCI) has one of the most specialized teams in the industry.  

OCI combines clinical and financial experience to assist and guide oncology practices to maximize profits without sacrificing patient care, time or compliance.

Our managers and staff have an average of 18 years of experience in Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Pediatric Oncology, Clinical Research and Diagnostic Imaging experience.

Currently, OCI manages revenue for over 120 physicians nationwide.

 

Our Leadership

Jim Musslewhite , MBA, MSF President & Chief Executive Officer

Jim has over 17 years experience in the business world, including extensive experience working with multi-million dollar companies to turn around their operations and improve their financial health. With this experience, Jim brings proven business practices, the most recent academic thinking, and a unique perspective to the world of Oncology. Jim earned a bachelors degree, cum laude, in Civil and Structural Engineering and has earned his MBA (Master of Business Administration) and his MSF (Master of Science in Finance).

 

Mark Maynard , MHA, CMPE Chief Operations Officer

Mark has over 22 years of experience in the health care field and has worked in oncology operations/reimbursement for the last 11 years. Mark has also received his certification as a Certified Medical Practice Executive from the American College of Medical Practice Executives and is a Scholar on the Gerson Lehrman Group Council of Advisors. Mark has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and has earned his MHA (Master of Health care Administration).

 

Kelly Kish, RN, MS, AOCN Vice President of Operations

 Kelly is a Master’s prepared registered nurse (MSN) with her Advanced Certification in Oncology Nursing (AOCN).  She has 23 years of oncology experience including both inpatient and outpatient direct patient care; bone marrow and stem cell transplant patient care and program coordination; clinical operations at the director level; outpatient oncology practice management including billing and coding. Kelly has also taught nursing students in both the Community College and University settings.
